80 families found homes, and Surya began its journey of meaningful spaces.

2008–2010 Expanding Horizons

Surya Residency (1,45,000 sq. ft., 120 families)

Gangotri Castel (85,000 sq. ft., 60 families)

Together, nearly 200 families joined Surya communities, built on trust and thoughtful design.
